Accessing a Bard Issued Zoom Account
Signing into Zoom using SSO (3 Methods)
Bard issued Google accounts automatically come with access to an associated Zoom account. To access this account make sure you are signing in using SSO (Single Sign-On). This means you will sign into Zoom with the same credentials that you use to access your primary Bard account. It is possible to sign up for a personal Zoom account using your Bard email address, but it won’t come with the benefits of being part of the Bard domain.
- Direct link: Navigate to bard.zoom.us and choose the option “Login with your Bard account”. You will be brought to the Bard login page to enter your Bard account credentials.
- From the Zoom homepage: choose “Sign In”, on the sign in screen choose the SSO option found near the bottom of the login prompt. Enter “Bard” without the quotations when prompted for the company domain. You will then be presented with a Bard login page where you can enter your Bard account credentials to login. If you are already signed into Google this step might be skipped and you will automatically be logged in.
- From the desktop Zoom app: The process is the same as logging in from the primary Zoom homepage. Choose SSO, Enter the company domain (Bard) followed by your Bard Google account credentials.
