Password Reset Policy

Students, employees, and contractors with a Bard issued Google account are able to reset their password via the “Forgot password” link, which can be found during the sign-in process. Note that in order for this to work the account will need to be set up with an accessible recovery phone number or email account.

If this method fails or the account hasn’t been configured with a recovery option, the Bard IT Helpdesk should be contacted during business hours to assist. Individuals will be required to provide their name, Bard ID number, and a form of government issued photo ID (Drivers license, passport, etc.). Personal data aside from the name and photo may be obscured when sending ID images.
