Managing List Owners in Sympa Go to sympa.bard.edu and login with your Bard account. Select “My Lists” and choose the list you are looking to edit. The My Lists page display both lists that you are subscribed to and lists that you are an owner or moderator of. If your list isn’t showing up, contact the Helpdesk for assistance. After selecting a specific list you will be brought to a menu of management options for that list. Select “View or Manage Subscribers" to edit the subscriber list Select “Modify owners or moderators” or click the pencil icon to edit the list admins To add an owner or moderator: Enter their Bard email address and their full name in the appropriate section. You can select the available modifiers to; make the individual a “privileged owner”, notify them of their addition to the list, or to conceal their name from the list menu. The section for “Private Information" can be left blank. Click update when you are finished. To remove an owner or moderator: check the corresponding box next the users name and then select “update”. Anyone with a check box next to their name will be removed from the owner/moderator list.
